Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened electronics (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@yodcollections.shop with your order number.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
